• Authenticity Guarantee

  Our products are guaranteed to be 100% Authentic or your money back. If you have any questions about the authenticity of our items, please utilize one of the Authentication Services listed on our Resources Page.

• Return Policy

  Please ask all questions before purchasing as all sales are final and there are no returns or refunds.
  
  We fully disclose the condition that the items are in, prior to purchase. We provide detailed measurements, descriptions and photographs on each and every item. Vintage and consignment items are sold "as-is" since they are limited specialty items. We are happy to help you in the purchase of your item and we strongly encourage our customers to become familiar with the Designer brands that they want to purchase, so there is no "buyer's remorse" after the purchase.

• Disclaimers

  Please read this section carefully: The items listed in our store were purchased brand new, with tags, unless stated otherwise. These items have been purchased from major department stores or boutiques, and may have been handled and/or purchased and returned by other customers, prior to our acquiring the item. Some of the items may also have "shelf wear" from sitting on a display shelf. We try to notate any and all discrepancies that we see, but there is a chance that something might get overlooked. If you are looking for a "perfect" item, or one that has been "untouched" by anyone else, you should purchase directly from a department store, where you can see the item in person, to see if it meets your exacting qualifications. We try to describe our items to the best of our abilities and if you have any questions, please ask them before purchasing, as all sales are final and there are no returns or refunds.
  
  We are not the designers or manufacturers of these items and we are not affiliated with the designers or their companies.
  
  Photos included in this listing are actual photos we have taken of the item that is for sale. Our images are taken with pro cameras under professional studio lights and accurately represent the color of the item(s) being sold. Colors may vary, depending on your monitor settings, and may differ from the actual color of the item. If you are not familiar with the color of the item or if you have questions about the color of an item, please ask before purchasing as all sales are final and there are no returns or refunds.

• Security Tag

  To secure ourselves from scammers, and "Bait and Switchers", we place a unique tag on each item we sell. It will not damage the item in any way, and is easily removable with scissors. This tag is our binding agreement on authenticity.

• Shipping and Delivery

  All purchases made via PayPal or credit card will only be shipped to the verified billing address on file. If you need shipment to an address other than your billing address, payment must be made via direct bank transfer.

Shipping within the U.S.

Luxe Purses uses USPS Mail, UPS or Fed Ex services for shipping within the United States. All orders are shipped within one business day after receipt of payment. Our shipping costs include signature confirmation but not insurance. If you would like your package insured during shipment, please contact us for the additional cost.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship to our International customers via USPS Express Mail which provides signature confirmation upon delivery. All items shipped are marked as "Merchandise" on the Customs Form and are declared for full purchase price. Insurance coverage is not included in our shipping costs and Luxe Purses will not be held responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused to items during shipment. If you would like your package insured during shipment, please contact us for the additional cost. Taxes, customs and/or import duties are the direct responsibility of the customer and are in addition to our shipping charges.

• Sales Tax

  Luxe Purses charges sales tax for all merchandise that is shipped for delivery within the State of Florida.

• Layaway Terms

  For 30-day Layaway, we require 50% down and the balance within 30 days. For 60-day Layaway, we require three equal payments. The initial payment will be one-third (1/3) of the total, with the second payment due at 30 days. The balance is then due at the end of 60 days. (Example: $1,500 bag = Three equal payments of $500.) Once the Layaway deposit is received we will email you your payment schedule.
  
  Payments must be made as scheduled*, and must be received by us, on or before the day they are due. Your first payment will be processed during checkout (along with shipping charges) and subsequent payments must be paid to us via credit card**, Paypal, Western Union or direct bank transfer, on or before your due date(s). Late payments will incur a $35 per day, per item charge, for each 24 hour period that payment is overdue.
  
  **We now offer recurring billing where we can automatically charge your credit card, for subsequent Layaway payments, on the date that payment is due. You may also fax in an Order Form with payment for your item on Layaway.
  
  Once payment has been made in full, your Layaway item will be shipped to you within two business days. (*If you would like to pay off your Layaway item early, or make more frequent payments, you are free to do so as long as you make the minimum payments by their due dates.)
  
  Layaway payments are non-refundable and no credit/refund will be issued upon failure to complete payments. If the Layaway is cancelled within the first 30 days, we retain the initial deposit (50% for 30 day or 1/3 of total for 60 Day) as a store credit for the customer. If the Layaway is cancelled after 30 days, we retain 2/3 of the total as a store credit. If the Layaway is cancelled after 60 days, we retain the full amount as store credit. At Luxe Purses discretion, a restocking fee, of $75 - $150 per item, may also be charged on all cancelled Layaways. Credits resulting from a cancelled Layaway may not be used for a new Layaway deposit. For each Layaway, a new deposit is required. The Layaway period starts from the date that you place your order online.
  
  No Discounts or Coupons can be applied to a Layaway Order.
  
  Certain items will not be available for Layaway and some items may only qualify for 30 Day Layaway.
  
  Luxe Purses reserves the right to change Layaway Terms for certain items. We also reserve the right to deny Layaway Services at our discretion.
