Luxe Purses wants to make it easy for you to purchase your next Designer Handbag. Simply choose the "Layaway" Button, on your desired item, and process your order securely through our regular checkout. Once payment is made, we reserve the bag for you, and you get to take some time to pay your purchase off!

Layaway Terms

For 30-day Layaway, we require 50% down and the balance within 30 days. For 60-day Layaway, we require three equal payments. The initial payment will be one-third (1/3) of the total, with the second payment due at 30 days. The balance is then due at the end of 60 days. (Example: $1,500 bag = Three equal payments of $500.) Once the Layaway deposit is received we will email you your payment schedule.

Payments must be made as scheduled*, and must be received by us, on or before the day they are due. Your first payment will be processed during checkout (along with shipping charges) and subsequent payments must be paid to us via Paypal, Western Union or direct bank transfer, on or before your due date(s). Once payment has been made in full, your Layaway item will be shipped to you within two business days. (*If you would like to pay off your Layaway item early, or make more frequent payments, you are free to do so as long as you make the minimum payments by their due dates.)

Layaway payments are non-refundable and no credit/refund will be issued upon failure to complete payments. If the Layaway is cancelled within the first 30 days, we retain the initial deposit (50% for 30 day or 1/3 of total for 60 Day) as a store credit for the customer. If the Layaway is cancelled after 30 days, we retain 2/3 of the total as a store credit. Credits resulting from a cancelled Layaway may not be used for a new Layaway deposit. For each Layaway, a new deposit is required. The Layaway period starts from the date that you place your order online.

No Discounts or Coupons can be applied to a Layaway Order.

Certain items will not be available for Layaway and some items may only qualify for 30 Day Layaway.

Luxe Purses reserves the right to change Layaway Terms for certain items. We also reserve the right to deny Layaway Services at our discretion.

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any Layaway orders. Please read our Terms & Conditions before purchasing.

Sales Tax

For any item that is shipped within the State of Florida, 7% State Sales Tax will need to be added to the total. The sales tax will be charged on the initial deposit amount when you check out. Subsequent payments will need to have sales tax charged on the amount being paid.

Shipping

You will be charged for shipping at the same time you make your initial deposit. If you end up cancelling your Layaway, only shipping charges will be refunded.
